2. Eligibility

To use SMM Star Pro, you must be at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are using our panel on behalf of a business or agency in Bangladesh, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

SMM Star Pro reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organisation at our discretion, including accounts that violate these terms or that we determine are being used for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide a valid email address when registering an account on SMM Star Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. SMM Star Pro will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any support channel. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. SMM Star Pro is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Service Quality and Results

As a result, follower counts, like counts, view counts, and other metrics delivered through our services may fluctuate after delivery. SMM Star Pro does not guarantee permanent retention of any delivered metric.

SMM Star Pro does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue result, algorithmic benefit, or platform ranking as a result of using our services.

5. Payments and Fund Deposits

All fund deposits to your SMM Star Pro account are made in advance. You must have sufficient balance in your account before placing any order. Payments are accepted through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Cellfin, and Mastercard.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Cellfin are typically processed within a few minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes of completing the payment, contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your payment reference number.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on SMM Star Pro are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you are using a payment method that involves currency conversion, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences are your responsibility.

5.3 Non-Transferability of Funds

Account balances on SMM Star Pro are non-transferable between accounts. Funds deposited into your account cannot be moved to another user’s account under any circumstances.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been submitted to our fulfilment system cannot be cancelled. Once an order is placed and its status changes from Pending to Processing, cancellation is no longer possible. Check all order details carefully before confirming any order.

6.2 Refunds for Failed Orders

If an order fails to start or fails to complete due to an error on our system’s part, the undelivered portion of that order will be credited back to your SMM Star Pro account balance. Credits are applied within 72 hours of the order being marked as failed or after a successful dispute review by our support team.

6.3 No Cash Refunds

SMM Star Pro does not offer cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method under any circumstances. All refunds are issued exclusively as account balance credits that can be used for future orders on our panel.

6.4 Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refund or credit of any kind.

• Orders where the submitted URL was incorrect at the time of placement.
• Orders where the target account or post was set to private during delivery.
• Orders for services that were partially delivered due to platform-side changes beyond our control.
• Orders where delivery was completed in full as described in the service listing.
• Deposits made to your account balance, regardless of whether those funds have been used.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SMM Star Pro for any of the following purposes.

• Placing orders for services on social media accounts or content that you do not own or do not have permission to promote.
• Using our services in a way that violates the terms of service of any social media platform including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, or Telegram.
• Using our panel to promote content that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or the laws of the jurisdiction in which the target content is published.
• Using our services to harass, intimidate, or harm any individual or group.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit our panel’s systems, pricing, or API for purposes not intended by SMM Star Pro.
• Reselling services in a way that misrepresents their origin or makes fraudulent claims about their nature to end clients.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, referral systems, or pricing structures on our panel.

SMM Star Pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these prohibited use rules without prior notice and without any obligation to refund the remaining account balance.

8. Reseller Use

SMM Star Pro permits and supports reseller use of our panel. Resellers may purchase services at our listed prices and resell them to their own clients at any price they choose. Resellers are fully responsible for their own client relationships, client communications, and any disputes that arise between the reseller and their end clients.

SMM Star Pro has no direct relationship with end clients of resellers and accepts no responsibility for claims, disputes, or complaints raised by end clients against resellers using our panel. Resellers must not misrepresent the nature of our services to their end clients or make guarantees that exceed what SMM Star Pro offers in these terms.

9. API Usage

Access to the SMM Star Pro API is available to all registered users. API access is granted for the purpose of automating legitimate order placement and account management on our panel. You must not use the API to scrape data, conduct automated attacks, probe system vulnerabilities, or perform any action that places excessive load on our servers beyond normal order processing. Abuse of API access will result in immediate suspension of your API key and account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on smmstarpro.com including text, design, logos, and service descriptions is the property of SMM Star Pro. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our written permission. This restriction does not apply to content you submit through our panel, such as your account information and order URLs, which remain your own property.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Changes made by these platforms to their algorithms, policies, or enforcement systems may affect the delivery or retention of services you purchase, and SMM Star Pro accepts no liability for such changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, SMM Star Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our panel or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of followers, account suspension by a social media platform, or any business loss resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SMM Star Pro shall not exceed the amount of funds currently held in your account balance at the time the claim arises.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SMM Star Pro, its operators, and its team members harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our panel, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including the terms of service of any social media platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

15. Governing Law
